Organisational Work Related Stress Online Surveys - How they Work
To conduct an online work related stress survey (covering any number of respondents).
Step 1:
Register as a member, using the form below.
Step 2:
On completion of the registration process, you will be emailed a unique survey code.
Step 3:
Distribute the code to the people you would like to take part in the survey and ask them to visit the 'Survey Colleagues' area of this site. Ask them to enter the code and then complete the questionnaire. Please note, all returns are completely anonymous.
Step 4:
When your colleagues have completed the survey (we will update you on the numbers we have received), you visit the 'Results' area of this site and pay for a results download. It couldn't be simpler!

Please complete the details above and click the 'Submit' button. You will receive an email containing further instructions regarding confirming your registration and the steps needed to start your survey. Your survey will be operational as soon as these steps are completed.
